  Securely place the jewelry in its original designer box and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
